I really want to concetrate on my dieting, but it´s kind of difficult to get rid of old habits!! Lemonade for example...it tastes like heaven at this place called Mark´s in Palermo.

Lemonade doesn't really have that many calories, unless it was made with 7-up or Sprite.
Looks really good!! I am struggling with the same thing.
lemonade is not fattening! or is it? just for the summer, say "who cares"
MHHhh lemonade!!!! I would just have one now that I am struggling with the afternoon summer heat :-(
And its funny know that in the other side of the world there's another place called Palermo :-)
