Also inside the Colón Theatre. This staircase features thee types of marble: white from Carrara, rosé and yellow.

Bob: Yes, they shipped it from there...in the past there was this crazy idea that the only things that were worthy should be breought from "the old world". If there´s any local marble...we do have marble but not the white kind (the Carrara kind); 11:44 AM
